Owners, Gail and Heather, have been in the massage industry for over 22 years as therapists and teachers.  We have a deep compassion for others and strive for our clients to be rejuvenated in both body and soul.

Therapeutic Thai Massage

Thai massage uses ancient stretching and massage compression techniques to leave you feeling free of built up tension and renewed. Follows the energy lines of the body to release constrictions. It is performed on a floor Thai mat with the therapist using thumbs, palms, elbows, and feet to work the energy lines. You may be stretched sideways, backwards. Must wear gym or yoga clothing. 90 or 120 minutes is ideal. 60 minutes will not be thorough.                 $90/60 min  $130/90 min $170/120 min

Massage Cupping

An ancient massage technique that uses suction to tug skin, tissues, & muscles upward to relieve tension and open up circulation to release built up wastes. A session targets particular areas of concern such as back tension, plantar fasciitis, cellulite treatment of legs & glutes, facial cupping for TMJ, sinus issues, & wrinkles, or sciatica.

Hot Stone Massage

Relax the mind, body, and spirit with the ancient healing art of hot basalt stones combined with relaxation massage. Gail is trained in Native American Hot Stone Massage. Each therapist has varying hot stone techniques.  90 minutes

Prenatal Massage

A relaxation massage that addresses the needs of the mother-in-bloom. A Sole Soother is a wonderful add on for aching feet provided the mother is comfortable lying on her back. 60 min

Massage & Reiki Session

The session starts with a Reiki healing attunement followed by a relaxation massage that flows naturally into completion with restoring Reiki. A wonderful session for those that wish to address their healing both physically and emotionally. $120/90 min  $150/120 min

Deep Tissue Massage

Designed to remove severe tension. Deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Each Therapist takes a different approach to this modaility and therefore will incoroparte a various range of therapeutic techniques and tools.

A Signature Massage for two in adjoining rooms. Enjoyable for both friends and couples. A foot soak and scrub makes a great addition to give you time to chat and unwind before the massage with complimentary beverages. Reiki Healing Attunement

The Reiki Master will guide you into meditation to open a door within oneself to receive higher-frequency vibrations that will enable healing or open the way to accomplish a goal one seeks. May be done individually, in a group, or in addition to any massage or spa treatment. ~ 10-15 minutes per person

Reiki for Children

Kristen facilitates this wonderful service for children to help anxiety and other emotional disturbances. She has a very kind spirit and even though quite young, she is lovingly referred to as 'Granny' on occasion for her sweet energy. Children are very comfortable with her and easily and quickly recieve Reiki healing.

Reiki Aura Cleansing or Holy Fire© Healing Experience

 Aura cleansing is a  technique used to remove negative psychic energy from the body of the aura and open oneself to healing.

A Holy Fire Healing Experiance is a Master Level meditative technique that connects you directly with divine energy through creating a sacred space. The experience begins with one of various guided meditations to set the connection and from there whatever needs to happen flows beautifully.

Reiki Session - First & Second Degree Practitioners

 A technique used to balance the chakras by channeling higher vibrational energy into them. The practitioner’s hands will gently be laid on the area of body in need until it feels balanced, then they will move to the next area that intuitively draws them. This creates a deep relaxation state.


This booking is for our more novice practitioners trained in the First and Second Degree Levels of Usui Reiki Ryoho or Holy Fire© Reiki. Rei-ki originally came from Japan and means universal life energy.

Reiki Session - Master Level Practitioners

A Master level session will include various techniques to restore the body & spirit to balance. The interview process, along with the practitioner’s intuition, will guide the course of the session. Techniques utilized may include, but are not limited to, aura cleansings, healing attunements, Holy Fire©  Experiences, singing bowls, cleansing sage, eye-beaming, and laying on of hands. All sessions end with energy restoration.

Native American Healing Hands

An ancient energy healing technique in which the practitioner uses intuition to guide & place their hands on the areas of the body in need of revitalization and balance.
